This accident makes us distressing, and the cause of the accident is worthy of reflection. However, under the guidance of public opinion, in the process of reflecting “7·23” accident by the whole society, there is a tendency to completely deny the development of China High-speed Rail, including whether China High-speed Rail owns core technology, whether the product is safe, whether the operation is “transporting chairs”. In the entire public opinion environment, China High-speed railway rolling stock is good for nothing. According to Investigation Report on a Particular Major Railway Accident of “7·23” Yongjia-Wenzhou Rail prepared by the investigation team of the State Council, the cause of accident is irrelevant to the technology of High-speed Rail. To let more people know about China High-speed Rail, and witness manufacturing technology and manufacturing process of China High-speed Rail, we decide to launch a “Public Day” activity of China High-speed Rail Manufacturing Enterprise.
